Yes, because i tried it with your client. i have own server but, its not popular now, but Rassija 24/7 and Strana CCCP are the most popular for now.

I know when it works and when not. You can join to server only when that server is in your favorites servers. When there is not, you cannot connect to him, even over the console.

Still the same, i add folder to list in Windows defender and firewall is off too and still the same.

It is very strange. Try restart computer. And run updater again.
